Born in Santpedor in 1976.
She graduated in Political Science and Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and holds a Master's in Public Management from ESADE.
Associated since 1999 to local politics, where she was a councilor in the opposition from 1999 to 2003, regional councilor and subsequently mayor of Santpedor between 2003 and 2015. She was also a deputy in the Parliament of Catalonia between 2006 and 2011 and is currently returning to be so in the current XIII legislature.
She was secretary of Territorial Policy and the Environment of Esquerra Republicana between 2008 and 2009, and was later manager of the Fundación Tutelar Santa María de Comabella (AMPANS) and external trainer of the Catalan Association of Municipalities and Counties.
She delegated the Government in Central Catalonia in 2016 and 2017, until the moment she entered as a deputy in the current legislature where she was manager of the El Bages County Council. She is also a member of Òmnium Cultural.
