Born in Vallfogona de Balaguer in 1975.

She has a degree in Political Science and Administration and a postgraduate degree in General Business Management.

She is the first councillor reinstated by the Government after the implementation of 155. Between 2016 and 2017 she was the minister of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya and, subsequently, she lived in exile in Belgium. During this period, and from June 2018, she served as a delegate of the Government of Catalonia in Brussels.

She is currently a member of the Parliament of Catalonia, where she is deputy spokesperson for the parliamentary group Esquerra Republicana. She is also president of the Commission of Inquiry into Espionage by the Kingdom of Spain with the Pegasus and Candiru Programs, and spokesperson for the Commission for Foreign Action, Transparency and Cooperation.

Since September 2022, she has been deputy secretary general of the Open Party, Esquerra Republicana.
