President Mas will sign the decree for the constitution of Catalonia's new Parliament tomorrow at 12.30pm

The acting Head of the Catalan Government will hold an informational press conference in the Palau de la Generalitat after signing the decree which will take place at 12.30pm

Tomorrow (October 21) at 12.30pm the President of the Catalan Government, Artur Mas, will sign the decree for the constitution of the new Catalan Parliament which is to be formed by the Members of Parliament elected in the elections of September 27.

Following the singing of the decree, President Mas will hold an informational press conference in the Gothic Gallery (Galeria Gòtica) of the Palau de la Generalitat.
