This afternoon, the Government of Catalonia has published the definitive results of the Catalan Self-determination Referendum held on Sunday, October 1. The Catalan Government has released the final results in its capacity as the Electoral Administration of Catalonia.

 

The announcement was made through a signed letter by the Vice-president and Minister of the Economy and Finance, Oriol Junqueras; the Minister of the Presidency and Government Spokesman, Jordi Turull, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Institutional Relations and Transparency, Raül Romeva.

 

The Government of the Generalitat has thereby complied with the mandate of the Parliament to celebrate the Referendum on Self-Determination of Catalonia.
